Sauted Shrimp Salad

Here is the first of two new recipes for you all!! I seem to always be looking for the quick and easy…and this one fits right in. I had some frozen raw shrimp and spinach in my fridge and got inspired!

Here its is:

Sauted Shrimp Salad

1lb Raw Shrimp (if frozen thaw under cold water)

Baby spinach, as much as you would like for a salad

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

Garlic powder, salt & pepper, crushed chili pepper flakes and oregano

Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Saute shrimp in butter and olive oil adding spices, as little or as much as you link (we went heaving on the garlic and light on the chili flakes), cook until shrimp are opaque. Place a bunch of spinach in a bowl, top with warm shrimp w/some of the sauce from the pan. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts. It couldn’t be easier than that!! It was sooooo Delicious!

Enjoy!
