I used those to make a nut butter &amp; apple butter sandwich. I also try very hard to make as many of my recipes kid friendly!! Check out Fooled You Spaghetti Bake!! Huge hit with my kids!! 		<description><![CDATA[So glad to have found you on here!  I am starting to transition my 6 year old daughter to eating primal..not such an easy task!  She is a sandwich junkie but at least she loves fruit and eats it pretty much at every meal....My husband and I have lost a lot of weight together on this as well.  I loved reading Mikes story!  That&#039;s how I found you.    Thanks for sharing all your recipes.  Fingers crossed this works for my little one...ugh..;)
